Acoustic Images evolved from an initial musical collaboration 'Acoustica' - an amateur duo established in 2013 in Basel, Switzerland. The two founding members both sang and played guitar and had been performing together for about nine months. They initially played covers of favourite songs but quickly progressed to writing and performing their own material in a genre which moved in the spaces between Rock, Pop and Country.

In 2014 they recorded and released a first single with the songs "Love Me With Your Kiss" and "Make Your Move",

An unreleased video for "Love Me With Your Kiss" was produced, based on a short film by the renowned Croatian film director Branko Istvancic. A few days after it's release, the band played "Love Me With Your Kiss" as part of a short acoustic set during a live event in Basel.  

Since then Julian has slowly worked on writing and recording a range of songs that move across various different musical genres.
